Dear clients, our company Especial s.r.o. was established for the purpose of providing our clients with complete real estate services at a high professional level and with the aim to promote the development of the housing and real property market in the Czech Republic. Our company also offers car rental, transport of persons and protection of property and people. Our activities also include administrative services to foreigners living in the Czech Republic. The commission of our real estate agency is 5% incl. DPH of the total price of the sold real property (upon agreement).
This commission includes:
- Presentation of your real property
- Consultation and securing finance by our financial specialist
- Contracts prepared by our lawyer
- Safekeeping of the purchase price money at the lawyer
- Dealing with the Cadastral Office
- Arrangement and settling of the tax on transfer of real property
- Assistance in the real property handover.
